Personal and Season Records Set at First OK-RED Jamboree

The girls cross country team ran their first Jamboree of the season at South Christian High School on Tuesday after multiple storm delays. Allie Arnsman finished third overall with a personal record of 17:48, which makes her the second fastest runner ever for Grandville girls cross country. Chloe DeRidder (21:19) finished in the top 50 with a season record, followed by Audrey Huff (21:40), Macallie Retan (21:58), and Mariah Martinez (23:01), all with personal records. Celia Kingscott (23:30) and Ella McCrumb (24:09) finished in the top seven for Grandville, with Celia running a season record and Ella running a personal record.
Additional personal records were set by Bella Cardenas (24:16), Izzy Hernandez (26:53), Montaine Poincloux (28:01), and Elena Spicer (35:56), and a season record was set by Emily Piper (27:46).
The girls race again this Saturday at the Cougar-Falcon Invitational.
